Youth Work Quality Mark

In June 2014 we were proud to be presented with the CWVYS Quality Mark…. the first organisation in Wales to achieve it!

In order to achieve the Quality mark we demonstrated our commitment to the following: 

  • Youth work Policy and Practice  
  • Learning Strategy  
  • Learning and Development  
  • Recognition  
  • Monitoring and Performance Management

We celebrated our success with our young people, staff, volunteers, board members and guests including Rob Norris (Chair of CWVYS), Sue Muxworthy (CWVYS Vice-President) and Dr Howard Williamson (Professor of European Youth Policy at the University of South Wales)

Following on from the success of the CWVYS Quality Mark, we were chosen the pilot the WELSH GOVERNMENT Quality Mark. “The Welsh Government Quality Mark for Youth Work in Wales provides robust independent external assessment of the quality and performance of organisation that deliver youth work.”

In June 2016, we were presented with the Quality Mark at the Welsh Government Youth Work Excellence Awards in Llandudno.
